There are many causes of tinnitus. Many of the cases cause cannot be established. For this there are no distinguished treatment modalities that can address tinnitus. There different therapies like cognitive behavioral therapy, tinnitus retraining therapy and some other form of therapies are tried. Recently Gingko Biloba therapy focuses some light on these dark area. In this review article we have reviewed seven studies. Some of these study showed effectiveness some do not.
